All of our full-time and freelance associates have been carefully selected. The selection of our translators is based on their education, expertise, professional experience and communication skills. Our team includes graduate philologists, holders of an MA in Philology, and native speakers of foreign languages with over 5 years of translation experience.
Each translation undergoes additional review before delivery to the client.
Any document we receive is considered confidential and we archive it with the appropriate level of security and confidentiality.

We are able to provide impeccable translation services thanks to our professional team of translators and court-sworn interpreters, which consists of over 80 full-time and freelance associates in Serbia and the region, and also because of how our business operations are organised, in line with the highest translation standards.

Our translators are graduate philologists, holders of MAs in Philology, and native speakers of languages. In addition to being qualified translators, they also have years of practical translation experience.

Our translation services also include translations certified by an authorized court-sworn translator. Our court-sworn translators have over ten years of experience in translation and have undergone a process of accreditation. They have an official licence from the Serbian Ministry of Justice, a certification stamp for the translation of documents which require certification, and the necessary experience in translating all types of documents.

In the event that you need a court-sworn interpreter, whether it be for a court hearing, for the certification of documents at the notary public’s office, for registering a company at court, or for a wedding or an interview at the embassy, we are able to provide you with one.

The majority of our business is conducted via e-mail. Regardless of the type of translation service you require, it is best to contact us first by email and leave your contact details so that we can get back to you for more information.

You can email us the text or document you want translated or bring it to our office in person. If it is video material, you can start by emailing us the link to the material.

Once the translation is complete, we will send the translated text or transcript to your email address. A hard copy of a translation certified by a court-sworn interpreter can be picked up from our office upon completion. If you are unable to pick up the translation in person, we can send it to you via a courier service within Belgrade or to any other city in Serbia. If a translation is to be sent abroad, we use postal or DHL services.

We accept invoice or cash payments from business clients, whereby we issue fiscal and cash receipts.

For personal clients, payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.

For all long-term cooperation, we agree upon and sign a contract for the provision of translation services, which guarantees:

approved prices,
agreed currency of payment,
delivery of translations by express mail services or courier
confidentiality of all texts and translations, with the signing of a Confidentiality Statement (if required or upon request)
